Rebate / Donation Request Form

Thank you for booking your vacation through the "Traveloni Cares" program! What makes our program special is that we make it possible for YOU to help the non-profit organization of your choice and get a tax deduction for it! At the top of the form below you'll notice we give you the option to donate your 5% rebate or have a rebate check sent to you. By giving you this option we are making your contribution tax-deductible, as per the Internal Revenue Service Private Letter Ruling 200142019. Please keep in mind that your donation (or rebate if you choose to have a check sent to you) can only be sent after you have taken your trip, which may not be the same fiscal year as your booking. All donations, of course, are tax-deductible in the year they are received by the organization you choose and, of course, there is no tax deduction if you choose to have a check sent to you. If you choose to donate your rebate you will be notified when your donation is made. We hope you'll choose to donate your 5% rebate to a non-profit so they can continue to help others!

Please note that this offer cannot be combined with any other Traveloni offers or rebates, except gift certificates and account credits.
